Position Overview

Pacha New York is seeking a highly commercial and well-connected Booking Manager – Direct Sales & Revenue to drive income across VIP tables, ticketing, group bookings, and premium guest experiences.

This role sits at the centre of the venue’s commercial engine, responsible for generating direct revenue, managing key client relationships, and maximising sales across all events. The successful candidate will bring strong nightlife or high-volume hospitality experience, with a proven ability to convert demand into revenue in a fast-paced, late-night environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar Booking Manager, VIP Sales, or Revenue-focused role within nightlife, hospitality, or live events

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering against revenue targets

• Established network within New York nightlife, luxury, or entertainment sectors is highly advantageous

• Confident handling high-value transactions and high-profile clientele

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late-night event schedules

• Experience with CRM systems, booking platforms, or ticketing systems is preferred

Salary Range: USD 110,000 – 120,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)

Minimum requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct revenue across VIP tables, bottle service, ticketing, and group bookings

• Own and manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Build, maintain, and monetise a strong network of VIP clients, promoters, concierges, and high-value guests

• Identify new revenue opportunities, including corporate bookings, celebrations, and private events

• Collaborate with Marketing and Promotions to optimise ticket sales, table occupancy, and overall event performance

• Support pricing strategies, table mapping, and yield management based on demand and event profile

• Maximize spend per guest through upselling, tailored packages, and premium experience offerings

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, revenue tracking, and client preferences within CRM systems

• Coordinate closely with VIP Host, Door, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest journeys

• Act as a key commercial voice on event performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership

• Monitor sales targets and KPIs, proactively driving performance and adjusting strategy where required
