Key Responsibilities
• Creates and Presents Immersive Dishes, showcasing Culinary Artistry through Fearless, Ingredient-Led Execution.
• Oversees a Dedicated Kitchen Section, ensuring Efficient, Organised and High-Performance Operations at all times.
• Prepares Mise en Place with Precision, setting the Stage for Flawless, High-Impact Service.
• Collaborates with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, contributing to Menus that are both Authentic and Disruptive, with a Pulse on Seasonal Trends.
• Develops and Elevates Dish Components, Culinary Displays and Signature Presentations that Reflect The Pacha Group’s Iconic Identity.
• Mentors Pacha Family Members, cultivating a Culture of Learning, Passion and Exponential Growth.
• Provides Real-Time Culinary Guidance, reinforcing Meticulous Technique, Timeliness and Safety Standards.
• Monitors Ingredient Usage and Stock Levels, adopting a Sustainable, Minimum-Waste Approach to Inventory Management.
• Upholds Gold-Standard Hygiene Practices, ensuring a Clean, Compliant and Organised Work Environment.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven Experience as a Chef de Partie in a Luxury Hospitality Environment or Fine-Dining Restaurant, delivering Unforgettable Culinary Moments.
• A Culinary Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Culinary Techniques, and Presentation and Plating Methods.
• Strong familiarity with and understanding of how to Safely Use and Maintain kitchen equipment.
• Bold Organisational and Leadership Skills, inspiring Pacha Family Members to Deliver Magnetic Culinary Results.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail, ensuring each Plate reflects our Signature Pacha Styling, Standards and Sensory Excellence.
• In-depth Knowledge of HACCP Principles, Health and Safety Regulations, and Best-in-Class Food Hygiene Practices.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Restaurant.
• Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.
