Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the Preparation and Presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the Highest Culinary Standards.

• Provides critical support to Senior Chefs in the Kitchen, ensuring that Food Production and Service are orchestrated seamlessly, and meet even the most Discerning Guest’s Expectations.
• Takes charge of Mise En Place and Stock Rotation to guarantee the smooth flow of Operations, maintaining an organised and efficient Kitchen Environment.
• Executes Tasks assigned by Senior Chefs promptly and efficiently.
• Actively engages in Menu Development, offering bespoke and innovative ideas for New Dishes that elevate the FIVE dining experience.
• Adheres rigorously to all Food Safety and Hygiene Standards, ensuring the premium quality our guests expect from us.
• Fosters Effective Collaboration with fellow ‘FIVERs,’ ensuring seamless Operations in our vibrant and dynamic Kitchens.
