This is a senior position within the Group with responsibility for establishing and delivering ongoing trading success and overseeing all operational aspects of this exciting new central London venue. There are opportunities for the right candidate to progress within the Group as the business expands

The General Manager will be responsible for dynamically leading and managing all operations, undertaking operational planning and execution to maximise the profitability, productivity, service culture and efficiency of the venue. You will be responsible for building a strong team and dealing with the daily operational issues, staff training and development, health & safety, maintenance, licensing, managing involvement with Head Office functions including HR, Finance and Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional host and the face of the operations who thrives on delivering an unrivalled guest experience. You must have a proven track record of being a general manager and running a quality, high volume, multi-faceted restaurant, bar and entertainment led operation.

Minimum requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following selection criteria:

You will have previously managed high volume, quality bar/restaurant businesses and will demonstrate a passion for entertainment to enable you to successfully lead all aspects of the cabaret restaurant dining experience.

You must understand excellent, high-quality food and have worked in this environment. You will have a passion for people and delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience.

Be on point with your financial controls and commercial acumen - now more than ever you need to understand your market.

Can demonstrate leadership of a large venue and always have the guest at heart.

Thrive in a large team environment and demonstrate an ability to recruit the best in class, focused on inspiring and developing the team in their roles.

A strong operation professional in terms of team leadership and daily operations. You will be responsible for different tasks such as efficient daily operations both front of house and back of house, maintaining revenue, profitability, and quality goals. ensure high production, productivity, quality, customer-service standards, restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.

As General Manager you will have a lot of responsibility for the P&L, so financial and F&B stock management experience is imperative. You will also need to have great product knowledge as we pride ourselves on being market leaders.

What's essential is you'll enjoy leading the team including your support managers and Head Chef, you'll be coaching and developing your team to consistently deliver great service and high standards.

Being a face of Lío London and the embodiment of the Pacha brand ensuring your front of house team are also passionate and savvy.

A manager who leads by example to uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, customers have spectacular dining experiences and the unique interaction of wait staff as performers criteria is met.

Please note this role is not for the faint hearted with all the challenges of launching a new concept, so we only want to speak to huge personalities with outstanding leadership qualities and communication skills that fit the criteria.

New openings experience would be desirable.

Experience in both a start-up culture and more established business would be desirable.
