Merchandise Shop Manager

Job Summary:

The Merchandise Shop Manager is responsible for passionately overseeing the shop's entire merchandising operation, ensuring that the brand's iconic fashion and accessories align with its vibrant Ibiza-inspired aesthetic, high quality standards and commercial success. This dynamic role involves planning, inventory management, stock control, cash closing, time management and team leadership to maximise sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads a powerhouse team of 2-3 Shop Assistants, ensuring the Pacha Shop is a dynamic hub of style, energy, and unforgettable service.

  • Engages customers with a Personalised Approach, offering inimitable styling tips, exceptional Customer Service, and Product Recommendations that elevate their shopping experience.

  • Handles Customer Queries, Complaints, and Returns with Professionalism and Confidence, ensuring every interaction reflects Pacha’s commitment to excellence.

  • Processes Sales Transactions with precision and passion, transforming each purchase into a seamless and memorable brand moment.

  • Maintains a Visually Electrifying Store Environment, ensuring every display embodies Pacha’s Immersive and Magnetic Aesthetic.

  • Takes full Ownership of Stock Management, Replenishment, and Inventory Checks, ensuring a seamless flow of products.

  • Ensures impeccable Pricing, Tagging, and Presentation of new arrivals and promotions, keeping the store experience Bold and Engaging.

  • Stays Ahead with an unmatched understanding The Pacha Collection, Product Materials, and the visionary brand’s Storytelling.

  • Embodies the Soulful Pacha Lifestyle and Electrifying Energy, reflecting the brand’s Bold Identity.

Requisitos mínimos

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record of 2-3 years in a Store Manager role or similar, within Fashion, Lifestyle, or Hospitality brands.

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service Skills with a passion for creating inimitable shopping moments.

  • Understanding in Visual Merchandising and luxury retail standards, ensuring every display is creative and immersive.

  • Proven experience in Leading Small Teams and Coordinating Retail Operations with confidence and precision.

  • Ability to thrive in a Fast-Paced, High-Energy Retail Setting, embracing the dynamic and thrilling spirit of Pacha.

  • Excellent Multilingual skills. Spanish, English, or other languages are a plus.
