Position Overview
Pacha is seeking a highly organized, creative, and business-minded Merchandise Manager to
oversee the development, inventory management, sales performance, and brand marketing of
all Pacha-branded merchandise across venue operations, online platforms, artist
collaborations, and special events.
This role combines retail operations, nightlife culture, fashion-forward branding, and live event
merchandising. The ideal candidate understands both the logistics of inventory control and the
importance of building a strong lifestyle brand presence within nightlife and music culture.
Work Environment
This position operates within a fast-paced nightlife and entertainment environment including
venue operations, festivals, artist events, retail activations, and corporate oEice settings.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandise Operations & Inventory Management
● Manage all merchandise inventory including apparel, accessories, collectibles, and
promotional products
● Track stock levels, receiving, transfers, shrinkage, and sell-through performance
● Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
● Coordinate merchandise storage organization between venue and off-site
facilities
● Build and maintain inventory systems, SKU tracking, and reporting processes
● Forecast inventory needs based on events, seasonality, artist collaborations, and sales
trends
● Work closely with finance and operations teams on budgeting and purchase orders
● Oversee merchandise fulfillment for e-commerce and VIP client requests
Brand Marketing & Merchandising Strategy
● Develop merchandising strategies that align with the Pacha brand identity and nightlife
audience
● Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on seasonal collections, artist capsules,
and limited-edition drops
● Coordinate product launches tied to festivals, events, DJs, holidays, and partnerships
● Assist with merchandise styling, visual displays, pop-up activations, and retail booth
setups
● Analyze sales data and customer trends to improve product pricing
● Support social media and promotional campaigns featuring merchandise
● Source vendors, apparel manufacturers, decorators, printers, and fulfillment partners
Event & Venue Merchandising
● Manage merchandise operations during events and show nights
● Ensure retail stations are fully stocked and properly staffed
● Coordinate mobile POS systems and cash handling procedures for merchandise sales
● Train merchandise staff on customer service standards and product knowledge
● Monitor sales performance during events and optimize merchandising opportunities
● Work alongside talent and artist management for collaborative merchandise initiatives
Administrative & Reporting Duties
● Maintain accurate inventory and sales reports
● Track profit margins, production costs, and retail pricing structures
● Prepare weekly and monthly merchandise performance summaries
● Ensure vendor invoices and purchase orders are processed accurately
● Maintain organized product archives, lookbooks, and production calendars

Salary Range: USD 110,000 – 120,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)

Minimum requirements
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
● 2–5 years of experience in merchandise management, retail operations, fashion,
nightlife, music, or entertainment industries
● Experience managing inventory systems and merchandise logistics
● Strong understanding of nightlife culture, fashion trends, music branding, and live
events
● Familiarity with POS systems, Shopify, inventory software, and Excel/Google Sheets
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
● Strong communication and vendor management skills
● Ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules as needed
● Experience with artist merchandise, festival merchandise, or hospitality retail is strongly
preferred
Preferred Skills
● Graphic design or creative direction experience
● Knowledge of streetwear and music merchandise trends
● E-commerce fulfillment experience
● Photography/content coordination experience
● Budgeting and merchandise forecasting knowledge
● Experience managing freelance or part-time retail staff
