Key Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day management of the Casa Pacha Residences construction project, ensuring accurate planning and effective on-site execution.

• Defines and manage project timelines, schedules and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are achieved in line with project objectives.

• Coordinates cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, production, hospitality and finance to ensure alignment and project continuity.

• Acts as the primary point of contact for contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and accountability.

• Oversees on-site logistics, including access, fencing, laydown areas and coordination between multiple contractors.

• Monitors project budgets and maintain cost control, ensuring financial discipline across all phases of construction.

• Tracks and report progress across on-site and off-site construction activities, providing clear and timely updates to senior stakeholders.

• Identifies risks, delays and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

• Ensures construction quality, finishes and execution align with brand standards and positioning.

• Resolves on-site issues in real time, maintaining momentum and ensuring delivery standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Requisitos mínimos

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within high-end or five-star construction projects.

• Degree in architecture, structural engineering or a related discipline, with availability to be based in Ibiza or relocate for the full project duration is preferred.

• Strong understanding of contract management, including contractual processes, documentation and correspondence.

• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders and contractors.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities and deliverables effectively.

• Clear communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

• Consistent performance under pressure within a fast-paced project environment.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and project planning software.

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the operational needs of The Pacha Group.

• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a definite plus.

• Holds the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.

• Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
